Just a little post while i figure out what movie i will be doing my next review on.

Ok so i am not a huge fan of most remakes, i believe there is some horror films that you should just leave how they originally are but there have been times where my theory, well…opinion has been proved wrong. I was going to post my top 10 all time favourite horror movies but instead i thought id do something different and post my top 10 horror remakes.

1. The Fly (1986)
2. The Thing (1982)
3. Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1978)
4. Halloween (2007)
5. The Last House on the Left (2009)
6. The Hills Have Eyes (2006)
7. Texas Chainsaw Massacre(2003)
8. The Ring (2002)
9. Maniac (2012)
10. Evil Dead (2013)

Honourable mentions;

Friday 13th (2009)

The Amityville Horror(2005)

Night of the Living Dead (1990)

Dawn of the Dead (2004)

But there has also been some remakes that were just awful and should not have happened, 2 of the worst remakes i have seen are, Let Me In(2010) and A Nightmare on Elm Street (2010) mainly because i have so much love for the originals and neither do their originals any justice.
