All Hallows’ Eve 2

Cast- Andrea Monier, April Adamson, Julian Richings, Helen Rogers, Ron Basch
Plot- On Halloween night a young woman finds a VHS tape left on her doorstep by a suspicious individual wearing a pumpkin mask. On the tape there are a series of horrifying tales that seem all too real. The more she watches, the more she becomes unaware of the pumpkin face’s intentions.
After watching the 1st All Hallows’ Eve I was entering this movie with high hopes, the clown in the first movie freaked the hell out of me so, I was hoping this would have similar effect, however this wasn’t the case, the segments were a bit boring and had little shock factor to them. They seemed to gradually get a little bit better as it got further into the movie but by the time I became interested into what was going on there wasn’t much left to watch and I was just left unsatisfied. As for the pumpkin mask wearing individual, it was quite disappointing, I feel the mask could have been more original and a lot more sinister. There was only one scene that was creepy and when I say creepy, it was still a bit of a boring moment.
I’m giving this a 4/10 and recommending it as an extremely low priority stream..or even just an avoid, I certainly won’t be revisiting this again and honestly hope there are no more sequels.
